During my time modelling props for feature movies, I have been asked to make several wardrobe items decorated with feather. This led me to look for a modulable way to model feathers in order to gain time.
This procedural snow shader adapts to assets in real time and will always apply snow on the top of the surface, as well as its sides following a threshold.
